Children's menu consists of freshly prepared ham, jam & cheese spread sandwiches, chicken nuggets, cocktail sausages, chips & dip, buns, crisps and juice. Please advise if you require any vegetarian options. See Allergen list

We are happy to cut up your birthday cake and pop it into the party bags (included) - you do not need a knife or serviettes!

Final party numbers must be advised no later than 4pm the Friday preceding your party. Please advise us your definite numbers as we can add to the catering and facilities in the event of extras showing up but cannot take off for no shows. All children attending the party will be charged therefore the attendance of any siblings is up to you. A concessionary Pay for Play charge of 5.00 per 2 year old & above and 2.50 for 1 year old siblings (under 1 year olds are FREE) can be paid by parent/carers or popped onto your final invoice - just advise us on party day (no catering or party bags will be provided).

We take a non refundable 50 deposit payable by card over the telephone to secure party bookings, the balance is payable by card, cash or cheque with bank card on the day of your party. In the case of joint parties, an extra charge will be applied if the balance is paid by more than 1 cheque or card. There is a 2% charge to use credit cards, debit cards are free.

Our main gate will open 5 minutes prior to your party start time - for your safety, please wait to be admitted as farm staff may be moving animals or driving the tractor around the site. The Fun Barn is located through the Tea Room.

Cancellation Policy If you cancel your booking you will lose the 50 non-refundable deposit; however, no charge will be made if you need to rearrange the date/time of your party, provided this is no later than 3 weeks prior to your party and subject to availability. If you cancel/re-arrange within 3 weeks of the date of your party, the full amount will be payable. Please note: the full amount due will be based on the numbers you have booked in. A booking made by you confirms acceptance of these terms.

It may be a good idea to give parents your mobile number in case of emergencies as our office does not operate on a weekend.
Please note: our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm.

  • Staff bring the group off the equipment for party bags (included) and collection to go home
Please remember to advise your guests that socks must be worn by ALL at all times on the equipment (don't worry if anyone forgets them - we do sell them at 1 per pair).

Rules and Behaviour Policy
For the health and safety of all visitors we operate a strict behaviour policy which all our staff are trained to apply, at all times. These rules are clearly posted to the entry and interior of the Fun Barn. Children under 4 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. Socks must be worn by ALL at all times on the equipment.
